He began his career at Deloitte M&A, advising mid-market consumer companies on sell-side transactions. He then joined boutique advisory firm Sancovia Corporate Finance, where he specialized in buy-side and buy-and-build mandates. After five years in advisory, Ugur transitioned into impact investing with the ABN AMRO Sustainable Impact Fund.
Ugur holds a BSc in Economics & Business and an MSc in Corporate Finance, both from the University of Amsterdam. He joined the Sustainable Impact Fund because he believes that allocating capital to impactful technologies and innovations is essential to accelerate the transition toward a sustainable economy and ensure a healthier future for our planet.
