She began her career as a strategy consultant at Spring Associates, advising companies on growth strategies and supporting private equity firms in embedding sustainability into their investment practices.
Pauline holds a BSc in Industrial Design and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology. She joined the Sustainable Impact Fund motivated by the conviction that integrating sustainability not only mitigates risks but also unlocks long-term value creation, positioning businesses at the forefront of future-proof ecosystems.
