With an academic background in Tax Economics, Maarten began his career in 2002 as a tax counsel at Allen & Overy before moving into financial institutions, where he developed deep expertise in originating, structuring, and executing transactions within Structured Finance, Equity Capital Markets, and Investing teams. Over the years, he has worked with leading banks and investment firms, supporting growth, transformation, and strategic investments.
