Thiadmar joined SIF in 2026 after four years in Corporate Finance at ABN AMRO, where he advised corporate and institutional clients on M&A, strategic transactions and capital raising, across renewable energy, alternative fuels, nuclear energy and shipping. Prior to that,
Thiadmar gained experience across energy systems, renewable energy and emerging decarbonisation technologies through roles at HYGRO, Alliander and Van Oord. Thiadmar holds an MSc in Sustainable Energy Technology from Delft University of Technology. His academic work focused on energy storage, hydrogen and energy economics, which continues to inform his assessment of technologies and business models within the energy transition.
He joined the Sustainable Impact Fund to put his technological knowledge and financial and dealmaking expertise to work accelerating the energy transition, contributing to a healthier planet and a more resilient economy.
