Specifications

Limited cover	Disputes over car repairs Disputes resulting from your participation in traffic (also as a pedestrian or cyclist). Persons outside your family are included in the cover if they are driving or travelling in your vehicle with your permission Disputes arising from your capacity as a passenger, e.g. in an aeroplane, train or car Disputes over guarantees Disputes resulting from the purchasing of goods, hiring or purchasing of services Disputes with landlords, authorities, neighbours and building contractors Disputes resulting from the sale or purchase of real estate occupied by yourself
Inclusive	Necessary travel and accommodation expenses in connection with an appearance before a foreign court Payment of sureties to foreign authorities Expenses for witnesses and other external experts Expenses for disputes with the authorities over building permits.
Extended cover	All the disputes included in limited cover, plus: Disputes over salaries and pensions Disputes with employers and social security bodies
Insured persons	All persons belonging to your household, including unmarried children who are living away from home for the purposes of full-time studies. Cover for persons outside your family if they are driving or travelling in your vehicle with your permission.

Premium	Limited cover: € 11.75 a month Extended cover: € 18.25 a month To calculate your premium, please contact the Expat Account team or your ABN AMRO branch. If you have three or more ABN AMRO package insurance policies, you qualify for a premium discount.
Policy charges	€ 3.63 on taking out your first package insurance.
Collection charges	€ 0.57 for each premium due date. For each collection (the total premium over all accounts is collected in one go).
Insurance tax	9,7% on premium and charges.
Qualifying period	None for the portion relating to traffic risks, or if the insurance policy was taken out immediately following another legal expenses insurance policy that would have provided cover for the notified incident. In other cases, incidents within the first three months of the insurance are not covered.
Exclusions	Among others: disputes with the government (e.g. over tax matters), divorce.
