Liability Insurance

Liability for damages caused by:

• the policyholder (also as owner of real estate)
• his/her spouse or registered partner
• any persons living with them as part of the family unit, 
  as well as
• their children under 18
• their unmarried children over 18 who are either living at home or away from home for the purpose of studying
• their grandparents, parents, in-laws, unmarried blood relations or relations by marriage who live with them
• their guests, insofar as their liability has not been insured elsewhere
• their domestic staff, insofar as their liability relates to activities they carry out on behalf of an insured person
• Pets 
• Joyriding by motor vehicle or boat by children under 18

• Damage caused with or by motorised vehicles and boats
• Intentional damage
• Damage caused by firearms

€ 0.57 for each premium due date. For each collection (the total premium over all accounts is collected in one go).

9,7% on premium and charges.

In general, no excess applies; you may, however, choose to have an excess, in which case you will receive a discount on your premium.
