| Options | Within the 0900 - 92 18 selection menu you have the largest number of options if you identify yourself with your account number and telephone access code (TIN code). To expand Telephone Banking to include the Transfer service, take your access code together with proof of identity to one of our branches, in order to arrange for this service to be activated. |
| Privacy and security | For security reasons you need a telephone access code to consult personal financial information or conduct transactions via 0900 - 92 18 (local rate). Additional identity verification procedures are required for a number of services. |
| Telephone equipment requirements | You can call 0900 - 92 18 (local rate)with any type of telephone: fixed, cordless or mobile. If you use a GSM phone, your communication is digitally encrypted. If, however, you wish to call this number from a cordless (home) telephone, we would like to point out that cordless phones use radio waves between the handset and the base station, which can make it easier for third parties to listen in on conversations. In many cases (for instance with DECT phones) the communication between the handset and the base station is digitally secured. To find out whether your phone is protected in this way, please consult your phone’s manual or supplier. |
| Limits | The maximum amount you can transfer to one of your own accounts using 0900 - 92 18 is € 15,000 a day. The maximum amount for transfers to third parties is € 1,000 a day. |
