Telephone Banking
With Telephone Banking, you can make payments, transfer money, arrange or modify your insurances, place investment orders or get advice from the Expat Account Team. just call 0900 - 00 24 (€ 0.10 per minute) or, if you're outside the Netherlands, +31 (0)10 24 11 720 (press 4 for English).
Interactive selection menu
When you call 0900 - 00 24 (€ 0.10 per minute) or, if you’re outside the Netherlands, +31 (0)10 24 11 720 (press 4 for English), you will be connected with ABN AMRO’s interactive selection menu, where you can indicate your selection using the keys on your phone. A number of selections are handled automatically. For example arranging a transfer or listening to your account balance and the most recent credit and debit entries. You will be asked to dial your ABN AMRO account number. If you do not have this number with you, press 0 to speak to an agent.

You can request an access code via one of our branches or 0900 - 00 24 (€ 0.10 per minute) or, if you’re outside the Netherlands , +31 (0)10 24 11 720 (press 4 for English). In case you can't remember your telephone access code (TIN code) we will gladly provide you with a new one.
Access code
For security reasons you need a telephone access code (TIN code) to use the full functionality of the 0900 - 00 24 (€ 0.10 per minute) or, if you’re outside the Netherlands, +31 (0)10 24 11 720 (press 4 for English), telephone banking system. You will need an access code for example to request your account balance or payment details, to transfer money and to order various forms.
