Here you will find an overview* of the interest rates applicable in combination with an ABN AMRO payment package and an Interest-Only Mortgage (a surcharge applies to some repayment forms).

* The above interest rates are applicable when a payment package is held at ABN AMRO. This rate cannot be used for items with a variable or bridging interest rate. If you do not have a payment package with ABN AMRO, a surcharge of +/+ 0.20% applies.
** No longer sold. This rate only applies to current loans with Euribor interest.
*** i.r.c.p. = interest rate consideration period: with an interest period with a consideration period you decide for yourself in the final two years when you want the new fixed interest period to commence.

A reduction of up to 0.25% in your interest rate
The above rates are exclusive of:

  • The Budget Mortgage; if you execute your mortgage deed with the notary within three months, you can benefit from a further 0.25% discount. This discount does not apply to variable or bridging interest rates. 

Example calculation:
The following table shows the effect of taking out an Interest-Only Mortgage with National Mortgage Guarantee (NHG), a payment package and a Budget Mortgage with a fixed interest period of 10 years.

This relates to a non-continuous form of credit secured by a mortgage. Credit check carried out with the Central Credit Registration Office (BKR) in Tiel. No rights may be derived from the published rates. The total cost of the credit is based on an unchanged interest rate throughout the whole term. The actual cost of the credit may differ from this. 

Subject to change. NB: With mortgages a “negative registration” is applied, i.e. registration only takes place in the event of late payment.

* The APR is an indication of the cost of the credit. It covers all the charges associated with the credit, including the arrangement fee. With an interest rate of 4.95%, the APR in this example would be 5.10%. With a fixed interest period of 10 years, this rate is the same for the entire fixed interest period.
** With an Interest-Only Mortgage you can choose between various terms. This example is based on a term of 30 years (360 months).
*** The total cost includes redemption of the entire mortgage amount.
