International Estate Planning

Inventory
In a personal interview, the estate planner draws up, together with you, a complete inventory of your personal and financial situation. At the same time, you indicate what your specific wishes are with regard to the transfer and maintenance of your assets.
Analysis and comparison
The next stage is an analysis of the legal, fiscal and financial consequences of your death. This will be based on your existing will and any prenuptial agreement or cohabitation contract. In addition, a forecast will be drawn up of the consequences of the death of your partner, if applicable. The results of this analysis will be compared with your wishes. If your wishes differ from the anticipated consequences, solutions will need to be applied. These will be worked out for you and the relevant figures will be calculated.
Provision of advice
Once you have selected the best solutions, the estate planner will assist you further in their implementation. If you wish to change your prenuptial agreement and/or make a will, we will work in collaboration with a solicitor of your choice. When it comes to the financial inventory and the drafting of the plan, it is inevitable that personal matters will be discussed. It goes without saying that your privacy will be guaranteed at all times.
